Dr. Nermeen El Gammal
Dr. Nermeen El Gammal graduated from dental school at Ain Shams University in Cairo Egypt in 2000. She quickly embarked on the journey of continuous post grad education and training, earning her MFDS degree from the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2004.
She is an enthusiastic dentist with the passion for learning. She has a great personality and a positive attitude towards life. Born in Egypt and raised in Kuwait, she started her family there, after which they then moved to Canada in 2013, where she resumed her studies to get her Canadian License. Dr. El Gammal is a member of the following organizations:

Dr. El Gammal Lives in Mississauga with her husband and three children. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the movies and traveling to new countries. She is actively engaged in volunteer and charity work whenever possible. She is fluent in both English and Arabic.
Dr. Babak Shokati
Dr. Babak Shokati is a Canadian board-certified specialist in Prosthodontics. He received his dental degree in 1998 and practiced general dentistry for several years before pursuing post-graduate education in Dental Biomaterials and Prosthodontics. He obtained a Master’s Degree in Dental Biomaterials from the University of Toronto in 2007.
After successfully completing Dental Biomaterials program, he started his post-graduate training in the specialty of Prosthodontics at the University of Toronto. He received his Masters Degree in Prosthodontics from the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Toronto. Immediately after graduation from the Prosthodontics specialty program, he served as a Prosthodontic instructor in the undergraduate clinic at the Faculty of Dentistry.
He is conducting an ongoing clinical study titled: “Long-Term Complications Associated with Implant-Supported Complete Fixed Dental Prosthesis”. This study investigates the clinical outcomes of classic hybrid bridges in the first group of implant patients treated by Professors Brånemark, G. Zarb and their surgical/prosthetic teams. The study is conducted at the Department of Prosthodontics, Faculty of Dentistry, University of Toronto.
Dr. Shokati is currently the coordinator of Undergraduate Biomaterials Science courses, Faculty of Dentistry, University of Toronto He has published 8 articles and 5 abstracts in peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Shokati is a Fellow of the Royal College of the Dentists of Canada (FRCDC) and a member of the Royal College of the Dental Surgeons of Ontario.
Dr. Shokati practices as a Prosthodontist with focus on full mouth reconstructions, dental implant surgery, implant prosthetics and management of prosthetic and implant complications.
Mandy - Office Manager
Mandy joined our team the week the office first opened; January of 1985. After earning her BA from the University of Toronto in 1990 she began working full time as Office Manager and has held that position since.
Her personal interests include fitness, book club and travel. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband and attending her children’s sporting events.
Joan - Reception & Appointment Co-ordinator
Joan joined our team in 2000. She is a graduate of McGill University in dental assisting and also continued her studies as a social service worker at Sheridan College. Her free time is spent volunteering.
She also enjoys going to movies, swimming and shopping.
Mary - Hygienist
Mary received her credentials in May of 1988 and joined our team 5 months later. She took a short leave of absence and worked in Switzerland as a Registered Dental Hygienist.
She has continued to update her studies in Dentistry and is currently employed as a Quality Assurance Assessor for the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario.
She assesses quality assurance portfolios of hygienists registered in Ontario and submits findings and written reports to the CDHO. Mary continues to provide safe and comprehensive Dental Hygiene care for her clients.
Sue first joined our team in 1989 as a Dental Assistant. In 1993 she graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at Niagara College and returned to our team as a Hygienist.
As a Hygienist, Sue enjoys building relationships with her patients and educating them to help attain their optimal dental health. When she’s not at work, Sue loves to spend time with her husband and her two daughters.
Harpreet has been a member of our team since 1993. She obtained her Dental Hygiene Diploma from Fanshawe College and a BSc Degree in Biochemistry and Genetics from the University of Toronto.
She is a motivated individual who is committed to partner with you to meet your individual oral health needs. She is also a firm believer in the importance of continuing education in order to provide the very best care available for her patients.

Izabela graduated with honors and clinical awards for excellence from the University of Buffalo in 1992 as a registered dental hygienist (RDH) and has been actively practicing since.
She joined our team in 1999, she is blessed with a beautiful daughter and when not at work she values time with her family and friends.
Elsie graduated from the Dental Hygiene Program at Fanshawe College in 1978 and the postgraduate Restorative Dental Hygiene Program at George Brown College in 1983. She has been in the dental field for over 35 years.
She initially worked in Toronto for 12 years before moving to Mississauga where she joined our team in 1990.
Elsie brings an extensive knowledge base to the dental hygiene team and enjoys working and collaborating with her colleagues. She has a remarkable ability to make patients feel calm and at ease during their appointments.
Her professionalism and commitment are reflected in her positive attitude and high-level delivery of care. Elsie and her husband have two sons who are currently enrolled in university programs. Away from the office Elsie enjoys spending time with family, reading, gardening and volunteering in her church community.
